"okay." ireth said, looking around. "well there are those two guys." he said, pointing at a red head.

"I knew he liked you!" Ireth told her happily. "I'm happy for you."

"Thanks. And what about you. How were his friends?"

"They're nice, they're not all mean like that one guy." Ireth answered. "I've actually known most of them when I was little, because we all were in the same elementary school together, and the one guy, Jason, was my ex."

Roxian's eyes got bigger. "Woah! That's so weird."

"I know right? But we're such good friends now, and i like it better that way." Ireth told Roxian, walking out of the arcade and over to her car. "The others are just my best guy friends since forever."

"Dang, so it seems like Alec doesn't hang out with a bunch of girl-crazed morons," Roxian said, grinning and heading toward the door.

"That's a good thing though, because he and his friends are not like the rest of those jerks in the world." Ireth said, getting into the driver's seat.

"Yup. It's good to know there's still some decent guys in the world." Roxian slid into the passenger seat and buckled.

"yeah, that's a relief." IReth said, starting up the engine and backing out of the parking place, heading back to the school.

"Hey, did we have any homework today?" Roxian asked suddenly.

"Um, yeah we had some, but not a lot, why you ask?" Ireth asked, looking over at Roxian.

"Because I want to be able to actually sleep tonight," She said, pointing to the clock in Ireth's truck.

"It's not a lot, besides didn't you finish most of it in class?" Ireth asked. "I finished all of it except one math problem."

"Good point. Sorry, I just don't want to fall asleep in the middle of a date."

"It'll be fine." Ireth told Roxian, trying to reassure her. "The date will go great."

Roxian smiled. "Thanks, Ireth."

Ireth smiled, parking the car. "Your welcome, that's what friends are for." she told her, taking the key out of the ignition and getting out of the car. "While you guys are on your date I might just go and hang out with his friends."

"Alright, sounds good," Roxian said, getting out of the car. "So what're you gonna do if one of them hits on you?" She asked, curious.

Ireth shrugged, shutting the door. "Hopefully they won't, but if they do, they need to understand I just like them as friends." she said, locking her car and stuffing her keys in her pocket and walking over beside Roxian. "They're all cute though, so I can't help but wonder what would happen if I just let them hit on me."

Roxian laughed, heading for the dorms. "So you want to know what it's like to be hit on by your guy friends?"

"Well only Jason has hit on me, I've never seen how the others would act if they hit on me." Ireth said, thinking to herself.

"Poor Jason needs to learn how to properly hit on a girl or he'll never get a girlfriend," Roxian said a little sympathetically, shaking her head.

"he was a good guy." ireth said softly. "I have to admit he was a good kisser." she said and laughed lightly. "but I don't need to be thinking about that anymore, we're just friends now and it would be nice if me and him stayed just friends."

"Alright, go Ireth!" Roxian said, smiling at her friend.

Ireth laughed lightly. "thanks for your support."
