Sunrise Wolf Pack
You watch as a beautiful red she-wolf greets a brute and asks him to join her pack. He growls and tackles her. “Do you even know who I am anymore? Your enemy, remember?” he growls. “I-I didn’t know! You’ve grown so much!” The she-wolf replies. “Excuses, excuses.” He says and attacks. She tries to fight back, but the brute keeps her down. Suddenly, she gets up. The brute tackles her again. She fell to the ground. The brute walks away. You stay still, not knowing what to do.

Finally, you decide to help her. You see a wolf going north. The wolf doesn’t notice you. You figure north is the camp of her pack, so you carry her there. You were right, as the wolves begin running towards you. “What did you do to her?!” A wolf asks. You say, “I didn’t do anything!” and describe what you saw. The small pack mumbles a name, but you can’t understand it. Finally, one says, “You were very nice for helping our alpha. You may stay in our camp overnight so when our alpha wakes up, she will be able to speak to you before you leave.”

The next morning, the red she-wolf awakens you. “Hello. You are the wolf that helped me, correct?” she asks. “Yes.” you say, staring at her crystal-blue eyes. “Thank you for helping me. I would like you to join my pack. I would like to get to know you. You seem to be a very kind wolf.”

“I will join.” You say. “Thank you. Right now, our pack is very small.” The red she-wolf said. “By the way, what is your name?” You answer and she replies, “My name is Bloom, and as you know, I am the alpha of Sunrise Wolf Pack.” You bow your head, and she tells you about the pack and shows you around the camp.

Once they were at the lake, Corina walked over to a willow tree and sat under it staring off at the lake in awe.

Shadow watched the crystal blue lake, also in awe. He hadn't seen it in a long time, right before he became a full member of the pack. He thought this would be the moment he would tell Corina what he thought of her. Right when he opened his mouth, he saw two familiar shapes heading near.

Selene saw two wolves. She didn't tense but she looked at Sky confused a little. "Who are they?" she asked noticing them but not really. She stepped closer to them.

Selene smiled slightly. She knew she knew them. But she didn't hesitate from crouching back. Almost playfully, but not quite. She stood right back up.

Selene got tired of hearing the growls and snarls. "Who are you?!" she called in a friendly tone. "I know we've met before." she didn't move. Sky was still beside her. She looked at him slightly.

Shadow stepped forward and his eyes were wide once he noticed who they were. It was Sky and ONE of his "girlfriends". He stepped in front of Corina. "Sky?" he said. "Don't you remember who I am?!"

Sky shivered. His best friend he hadn't talked to forever-- was he going to pounce? He knew he had a short temper- or wait- was that someone else? "Shadow..." he quickly glanced at the wolf beside him- has he gotten a mate? He continued, "Being a Beta is harder than you think. It takes a lot of time and hard work!"

Shadow's eyes beamed with anger. "Then maybe you could just pick your mate already and split the amount of time you "work" so you have time to do what you call "work"!" he growled.

"So you are the one with the short temper!" Sky exclaimed. "I remember now!"

Shadow was about to explode. Who did Sky think he was? He angrily stated, "I'll be back at camp!" and took off.

Corina turned to Shadow as she watched him run away, she turned back to Sky and glared at him. "I am not one of those girls who goes all lovey dovey over a stupid beta position" she growled angrily at him, turning away and running after Shadow.

Selene walked back to him. She laid her tail on his back and let it fall. She didn't really know how to help. "He has reason's to be mad." she said. "I'm sure you guys will get over this.... bump." she said

"I'm glad you're here, Selene." Sky said. "You're someone who understands. I'm going to make up with Shadow right now and get this over with!" Sky winked, then rushed back to camp.

Shadow lay down in his den, upset. He had no idea Sky would act that mean when he met him again. He hoped Corina had left them. She better not be defending him. His friendship with Sky was crushed, and there was nothing to do about it. He hoped he would never talk to him again.

Corina nodded, suprised about his anger as she slowly walked out. She turned around, letting out a muffled sigh as she ran to the woods again.
