"... I bought new music books..." she lingered on.
"and a new piano," she added quickly, under her breath.

"What? I couldn't hear you. Say it louder," he smirked.

"A new piano.." she spoke up.
"It's a state of the art digital piano..
It's suppose to come in next week"

"Oh."

Kelsi was hoping that would impress him,
but thought that he wasn't that interested.
"Yeah.."

"I guess ill share."

"Really?" Kelsi looked up at James with pleading eyes.

He nodded, smiling.

"I appreciate it." she hugged him, buring her face in his shirt,
smelling his designer scent.

He smilde. "You like/"

"Where's this from?" Kelsi asked, unfamiliar with guy's cologne.

He froze. His ex girlfriend had bought it for him. "Ummm. Idk."

"What? Your mom sprayed it on?" Kelsi laughed.

He looked away. "Sure."

"What do you mean by sure?"

'Nothing."

"Okay," Kelsi nodded, not believing him.

He tried to change the subject. "Nice day out there."

"Seems like it.
James, are you hiding something from me?"

He didnt answer.

"James, I don't really care what you're hiding from me, but I want our relationship to be, y'know, truthful.."

He sighed. "Sharpay gave me it."

"Really..?" Kelsi asked quietly

He looked down silently.
