Kelsi did.

"Tired?" he ran his fingers through her hair.

"Does it look like it?" she said, struggling to keep her eyes open.

"Very." he said grabbing a blanket for her.

"Thanks," she mumbled, drifting into sleep.

He nodded, helping her sleep.

[next morning?]
Kelsi woke up the next day, with her hair slightly tangled.
She found a blanket placed over her and grinned to herself.
She rubbed her eyes and ducked under the covers,
wanting to catch more sleep.

He was in the kitchen making pancakes.

The smell of breakfast lured Kelsi from the couch.

"Morning sleepy head."

"Good morning, James." she smiled, setting the table.

'I made myself breakfast." he joked.

"You mind if you share?"

"Hmmmmm."

"Please.." Kelsi's eyes seem to get bigger. She walked up to him and half hugged him. Kelsi leaned her head on his shoulder.

"I don't know. Sucking up to the "man?"

Kelsi boosted her height by a teeny bit by standing on the tips of her toes. She kissed him on the cheek.

"Alright."

"Thanks!" She smiled sweetly, raised her shoulders up, put her hands together, and swayed gently.

He laughed. "For 15 bucks by the bite."

"Does Monopoly money count?"

"Nope."

"Fine, I guess I'm not eating."

"WhY?"

Kelsi did a dramatic sigh.
"I'm broke.." she swung her head down and traced the island's counter.

"What happened t all that money you earned for piano playing?"
