"Same here." Embry said, smiling happily as he propped his feet up on the table, flipping his bangs out of his eyes.

"Either juvenile fiction or poetry, maybe some fantasy and mystery also." Embry answered. "What about you?"

"Cool, what's your favorite book?" Embry asked, looking over at Midnight.

Embry nodded. "Yup, I've read that series, it's really good." he told her, smiling.

"Fang, Iggy, and Gazzy they're awesome." Embry told Midnight. "Who is your favorite character?"

Embry laughed lightly. "She's an interesting character, but she does scare me also."

"Not yet, I'm still on the second to last book of the series." Embry told Midnight. "But I don't want to read it very much, it looks like it's going to be a sad book."

"Either way, I'm not going to read it yet." Embry told Midnight. "So don't ruin the book for me if you read it before I do." he said.

Embry laughed some more. "Alright, thank you." he told her, smiling.

"Don't do that! THen I'll be so confused in the book!" Embry told her. "Your so confusing when you become all sly and mischievious.

Embry was about to add something but decided not to say anything, looking down at the table. "Would it sound strange to you if I said that I'm glad your my friend?" he asked her.

"Because I am glad we're friends." Embry told Midnight, rubbing the back of his neck nervously, wondering if he had said something wrong. "You are really nice and funny, your different from other girls, which I like that about you."

"Well, I just wanted to make sure you knew that." Embry told her, smiling warmly.
