"But you won't be." she used her hip to push him onto the couch backwards.

he looked at her curiously

She looked at her timer. "Sh*t. The muffins."

Mai laughed and winked, "Thanks,but may I askwhere uyou're off to?"

"Going to meet the other amazing kisser," he winked. He was a total player.

Mai sat up, raising an eyebrown, "Who's that?"

"Secret," he winked and walked off mysteriously.

Mai sighed and went back to sun tanning unhappily.

He got on his motorcycle. "Need a ride?"

She looked over at him and smiled half-heartedly. "Yah," she grabbed her towel and jogged over tohim. She climbed on as she did many times before and wrapped her arms around his waist.

He smiled. "No helmet? Little rebel."

Mai rolled her eyes, "Just drive."

He laughed and drove.

Mai smiled as the wind blew her purple/black hair back and blew in her face.

"Where should I drop you at?"

"I guess I should change before I go anywhere," she reminded him. "So at the condos."

He nodded and took a right.

Mai took one hand from around him and ran his hands through her hair.

"You want me to crash or something?" he laughed.

"Me letting go of you makes you crash?" Mai took her hand from her hair and laughed while sh looked at him skeptically. "Okay!" She put her arms around him tightly and rested her chin on his shoulder. "Better?" she murmered.

"Much." he slurred.

Mai softly laughed in his ear and breathed quietly.

He smiled, his heart beating.
