Chapter One
“Cherryfur… Cherryfur…” a voice called.
“W-who are you?” Cherryfur asked. “And where am I?"
“I am Fernpelt of StarClan. Trust the stars, Cherryfur, and they will blossom.”
“What do you mean?” Cherryfur asked.
But the voice faded away.

Cherryfur woke up, startled. Only Medicine Cats and leaders received dreams from StarClan. Why did they come to her?

“Cherryfur! Cherryfur!” Starchaser yowled. “Sweetstar—she’s dead!”

"What?” Cherryfur yowled. “She can’t be dead!”

“Nightsky found her in her den. The cat that killed her disguised their scent, so we don’t know who did it. I suspect IceClan.” Starchaser meowed.

Before Cherryfur could reply, Rainfall called a meeting on the Highrock. Starchaser turned to leave, and Cherryfur followed.

“This morning, Sweetstar was found dead in her den. The cat that did this disguised their scent, and we must find out who did this. I will travel to Highstones tonight and receive my nine lives.” Rainfall meowed.

The cats surrounding him yowled accusations.

Rainfall yowled, “Settle down! We have no proof.” The cats quieted down and Rainfall left.[/size]

“Wow,” Cherryfur meowed. “I wonder what Rainfall will be like as leader.”
“I think he’ll do a great job!” Starchaser meowed.
“Yes, I think that too.” Cherryfur agreed.
“Come on, let’s go hunting. We need more prey.” Starchaser told her.
“Let’s ask Tigerpaw to go with us. He needs to practice.” Cherryfur meowed.
“Okay.” Starchaser agreed.
“Hey Tigerpaw!” Cherryfur meowed. “Want to go hunting with us?”
“Fine.” Tigerpaw muttered. “Coming.”
“What’s his problem?” Starchaser asked.
“He’s always been that way. I’ve been working really hard trying to get him to change his attitude, but I can’t.” Cherryfur explained.
Just as she finished talking, Tigerpaw came up to her. “Come on!” he said impatiently.
“Be patient, Tigerpaw.” Cherryfur meowed.
“But you’re as slow as an old mouse!” Tigerpaw exclaimed.
“Respect what your mentor tells you.” Starchaser meowed.
“But…” Tigerpaw tried to find an excuse.
“Come on.” Cherryfur said, and the three headed out.

IDK if I did. I just looked at the unactive clans, used the name generator, thought of some, and used a long list that Hera posted on Kinz4U a long time ago.
And guess what?! In this book the chapters are actually pretty long! Yay! xD
(I counted the characters. Including the cats outside the clans, there are 75.)

I'm starting over and changing the Allegiances a little because some parts of my story were a little weird and there wasn't a single cat's part of view, or even a Clan's part of view, thought I wanted it to be SweetClan.

A weird part of the story I had:
“Sparkleflower! Sparkleflower!” Mudmask yowled. “Rainstar lost his first life! He got hit by a big rock!” Rainstar padded in, but he did not look weak. “It’s true. Be careful, big rocks are dangerous.” He said and ran back in the forest to hunt. “OMG! Another one! Ow!” Mudmask sighed and walked back into the forest.
