Forgetting Someone

Eheh... how do you forget a guy you think you may have fallen 'in love' with? I've known this guy since sixth grade (a good three and a half years), and have absolutely hated him until the beginning of this year. We became good friends, and now... well, I've liked him since mid to late September, and it's getting really bad. Like... can't think without having him pop into my head bad. Can't study properly bad. I have no appetite, no motivation to really do anything, my grades are slipping, my social connections are slipping... just life in general has totally crashed. Two of my friends thinks I'm already in love with him. *All* my friends say I have a chance with him, that they think he likes me back. But I mean... it's impossible. He's been dating his girlfriend since mid-summer, gave her a freaking $80 necklace for Christmas, and will literally do anything to see her. I have *no* chance with him, and I know I need to *give up already*. But... how do I do that? TT_TT

Okay, scratch that request... I've tried so many different things... and nothing seems to work.
I just... need a way to cope. Anyone know that?
And yeah, I'm totally in love with the guy now.
