my site liked it and thought it could help this site with fighting an admin will be the judge and will pick maybe about two or three members to be in the jury and the jury can listen to both sides of the fight and agree on who bans the judge(admin)will pick a punishment i hope you enjoy this idea

okay. as i already said, i've previously discussed this as an idea with JL.

she said she'd keep it in mind, but no.

and also. i asked people on another site [whom i know would be fair] who could be jury, cause you can't pick people from here.

we should have it it might help the site

I agree with Lily. The jurt should absolutely NOT be from this site. Idk about this though. I need to think.

I don't know, Sunny. I mean, I certainly trust you with being fair, but many other people I don't. And also, some members on here are shallow, and if the verdict is against them, then they will be angry with whoever was on the jury. It's hard to be angry at someone you don't know.

Okay, so let's put it this way. Here is an example:
Amy is best friends with Bessie
Bessie hates Clara
Clara and Bessie had a fight and Amy was picked to be on the jury. Why should she be able to decide, obviously going to side with her best friend? Even though she wasn't involved, its stupid that she should be able to have an opinion. That's why people from another site would work so much smoother.

And also, for lawyers, they can pick whomever they want xD

sheesh sunny. the defendent would pick their lawyer, and the procecution would too. of course, if the site is procecuting, then the admins would choose.

Second, everyone knows everyone here, so that wouldn't work.

Its just like spamming, which is against every forums rules.

that doesnt make sense all your doing is posting twice(or more)

but why can't you just edit it? If you don't its just lazy, and takes up forum space. it also slows the server, so just don't do it.
